UBC ARC Sockeye will be unavailable on Tuesday, October 21 from 09:00 until Wednesday October 22 18:00 PT for scheduled maintenance.

User Impact:

1. During this time, you will be unable to log in or transfer data to/from Sockeye, OnDemand, and Chinook.

2. All jobs will be queued. The scheduler will not start any job if its requested walltime overlaps with the
maintenance window, even if resources are available. Only jobs expected to finish before downtime
begins will be scheduled, if resources allow.

3. In rare cases, running jobs may need to be resubmitted. Please checkpoint or complete your jobs before
the maintenance window to avoid lost progress, and check your job queue afterward.
