The Microsoft 365 Teams service will be undergoing maintenance on April 30, 2021, 13:00-13:30 PT. On this date, UBC will be implementing a 90-day data retention schedule affecting the MS Teams Chat feature. This does not impact conversations hosted within a Teams channel. The implementation of Data Retention Schedules is required in compliance with UBC Records Management policies and requirements (hxxps://recordsmanagement.ubc.ca/schedules/).
