The TouchNet PROD site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. During the update window the TouchNet PROD site will be offline for logging in by staff as a TouchNet user and for customers making new payments. During this time when the payor clicks "pay now" TouchNet will display a screen informing the payor that the system is off line for maintenance and to try again after the system is back online.
