Monitoring
This issue has now been resolved and emails are now being sent. We will continue to monitor ServiceNow for any more issues.

Investigating
As of approximately 9:10 am Wednesday morning, ServiceNow has encountered issues sending outbound emails. Email notifications are currently queued, and will be sent once the issue is resolved. Support teams are currently working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

UBC IT technicians are currently investigating the issue.
