Incident Report for UBC

Resolved

The disruptions in UBC CMS have now been resolved. Users should now be able to access UBC websites hosted on CMS from both UBC and non-UBC networks. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the LT Hub by emailing LT.Hub@ubc.ca.

Investigating

We are currently seeing intermittent disruptions in UBC CMS. Users may see longer than usual page load times or see a captcha request when accessing UBC CMS websites from non-UBC networks. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update when we have more information or when the issue is resolved.
