Shibboleth Authentication Issues March 19, 2023, 08:36–09:13 PT

Resolved

There was a brief Shibboleth outage between approximately 08:36 and 09:13 this morning, affecting services including Canvas, Qualtrics, RISe, ServiceNow, and Workday.

Users encountered a CWL authentication error and were unable to log in. Technicians have since resolved this issue.
