We experienced an outage for external incoming/outgoing calls on March 17, 2023 from 08:30-09:00. Technicians have identified the cause to be an external vendor network issue, which UBC relies on for external calls. All internal calls made within UBC's voice systems were not affected.

All voice are services recovered and have been operational as of 09:00. If you are experiencing issues with incoming or outgoing calls, please contact the IT Service Centre for assistance.
