As of July 21, 2025, Rogers Communications has made changes to its public WiFi hotspot offerings. As a result, 'RogersOpen' is no longer available. The replacement network, 'RogersGuest', provides 1-click guest access (no login required) and 5 GB of free data per 30-day period, per device.

This change affects all UBC locations where 'RogersOpen' WiFi was previously available.
