The Web Firewall component of the F5 Load Balancer is being enabled on the JIRA Application. The change date and time is Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 21:00-23:00. No outages are expected, however, users may encounter an occasional issue with speed of the application, uploading files or editing pages. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
