UBC Vancouver Network Intermittent Download Issues, April 11, 2025, 12:00 PT
Some users are reporting intermittent issues with downloading large files on UBC Vancouver networks. In some cases downloads may just stop mid-download, and not complete.
UBC IT technicians are still investigating. Anyone encountering this problem can try using the resume/restart download functionality within the web browsers to work around the issue (if the browser has this option).
The next update will be at 08:00 PT on April 14.
