PostgreSQL PHUB RDS upgrade from v12 to v15.
Maintenance will be performed after hours in the higher environment to minimize any potential impacts.

Planned Outage:
PHUB RDS PRD Environment (March 06, 2025, 16:30-20:30 PT)

How does this impact you?
There may be interruptions or outages to ALL Enterprise services for up to 3 hours while updates are performed. Specifically, ALL PHUB Read-Write (RW) API services will experience an interruption for 60 to 90 minutes during the upgrade.

IAM Services:
IAM APIs maybe impacted. This change is not only for web applications.
All APIs including IAM apps related may be impacted
All IAM related processes may be impacted including DeDupe
Broker (IDBK) and the associated IDBK - Clients on realm idb0.

What do you need to do?
No action is required from end-users or stakeholders during the upgrade process. The technical team will handle the upgrade.
All API services will recover and process data once the service is restored.
