CWL Account Services, myAccount, AccessUBC Maintenance October 15, 2026 18:00-20:00 PT

CWL account services will be undergoing maintenance on October 15, 2026 18:00-20:00 PT.
During the maintenance window, estimated from 18:10 to 18:20 PT, you will not be able to:
- Change or reset your CWL password (myAccount)
- Create a new CWL account
- Update identity information or merge accounts (CWL Admin, IAM Web Services)
- Sponsor guests or provision workers (AccessUBC)
CWL login will continue to work, as will UBC Wi-Fi, VPN, and other services that use your CWL.
The maintenance window runs until 20:00 PT in case additional time is needed. No action is required.
