Investigating

We are aware of sporadic issue with MyVPN service, where the multi-factor authentication prompt is slow to arrive, causing the connection attempt to time out.

In all instances, a second attempt to connect to MyVPN will resolve the issue.

If you experience repeated issues trying to connect to MyVPN, please contact the Okanagan Service Desk at x7-9000 (250-807-9000).
Technicians are investigating and an update will provided when more information is available.
