UBC IT will be preparing end user devices for the transition to the new BC time zone (PCT, UTC -7:00). MacOS devices that are currently set to America/Los_Angeles, America/Tijuana or US/Pacific (PST/PDT) will be transitioned to America/Vancouver to address the new time zone for British Columbia. We realize this may impact a small number of devices operating outside BC (Washington, Oregon, California) that may need to be corrected after this change.
