The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Update
Scheduled maintenance is still in progress. There was an unanticipated service interruption affecting Voicemail at approximately 4:30pm. Voicemail service was successfully restored. However, please note that access to Voicemail may be intermittent as maintenance and upgrades are in progress. Technicians will attempt to minimize impact where possible and will continue to update this status page bulletin should any further interruptions occur.

UBC Vancouver VoIP phone service will be undergoing maintenance from August 20, 2022, 08:00 PT to August 21, 2022, 06:00 PT. No impact is expected as a result of this change.
