The vendor (Qualtrics) will be performing maintenance on the survey tool application and will result in an expected outage time of five minutes during the one hour maintenance window.

During the five minute outage:
• survey owners may not be able to make changes to or load their Qualtrics dashboard
• survey respondents may not be able to load the survey, submit or update their responses
