The Amazon MQ Broker (amq.iec.it.ubc.ca) will be upgraded & rebooted during this maintenance window.
There will be a brief service interruption of up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window while the AMQ Broker is restarted.
All systems will auto-recover after reboot.
