The LFS Team will be releasing software updates that may affect any of the following:

Apps/Services:
Learner Financial System (LFS)
- Two LFS changes are planned as part of Student Completion to prevent overpayment incidents:
1. Introduce Prevention Checks: Validate the accuracy of data in the integration file before it is sent to Workday.
2. Simplify Script Logic: Streamline and refine the logic that compiles data for Workday to reduce the likelihood of errors.
- Prod Bug fixes

Impacts:
During this maintenance there may be a brief interruption to the apps and services listed above.
Release activities will be completed between 27 Jan 2026 from 15:00 until 27 Jan 2026 16:00, Validation will continue until 28 Jan 2026 15:00.
