Technicians have diagnosed the problem with vendor assistance and implemented a fix. Technicians continue to monitor the situation.

Investigating
Self Service (JAMF) on some UBC managed macOS devices may be unavailable for some users. Affected users will not be able to install applications from Self Service.

UBC IT technicians are investigating with the vendor.
