BCNET will be performing software upgrades on the Kamloops Q9 core routers on August 21, 2022 from 06:00 to 12:00 PT.

This is expected to impact network connectivity for all EduCloud Server VMs in the Kamloops site as well as EduCloud DR and HA (dr.educloud.ubc.ca) in the Kamloops site. EduCloud Backup BaaS clients will not be able to connect to the baas.educloud.ubc.ca backup target at Kamloops.
