Enterprise Automation & Solution Delivery (EASD) – LFS Services Maintenance from September 22, 2026 10:00 - September 23 2026 15:00 PT
Release activities will be completed between September 22 2026 from 10:00 - 16:00.
Validation will continue until 23 Sept 2026 15:00.
The LFS Team will be releasing software updates that may affect any of the following:
Apps/Services:
Learner Financial Support Management (LFSM)
NEW: Introduce a Detection Flag to Compare Workday and LFSM data after processing to detect any discrepancies.
Fix Award Cycle Budget Summary where "Undisbursed Amount" showing incorrect values
Fix to add Special Handling Notes to Donor Communication - Ready For Communication & Preview Listview
Release Impact
LFSM will have a short interruption of services during this deployment from 14:00 ~ 14:30 (30 minutes) on Sept 22nd
Reason for maintenance:
Release of bug fixes and enhancements to LFS
