The issue has been resolved. All known course sections that were missing have now been restored, along with corresponding grades. UBC IT Technicians will continue to monitor FGST. If you encounter any issues or see any information missing, please reach out to FGST Live Support at es.livesupport@ubc.ca. FGST Live Support will continue to be available until Friday, May 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

Investigating
A few course sections that were visible on the Final Grades Submission Tool (FGST) yesterday are currently missing. UBC IT technicians are working to identify affected courses and sections, and to restore them, including any grades saved or submitted. These grades are safe and were not lost. We are monitoring the restoration process and will update this page as we learn more. Grades can continue to be entered for any course sections still visible on FGST, and any grades entered will be secure.
