Noted workarounds appear to be working for affected users.
Technicians are still monitoring the issue; however, recommendation is to apply one of the workarounds/fixes.

Issue is still being investigated.

For workarounds:

1. Update your MacOS operating system
2. Use the UBCIoT Wifi network (https://it.ubc.ca/services/email-voice-internet/ubc-internet-things-iot-wi-fi)

Investigating

There is currently an issue that some Mac devices are unable to connect to the UBC wireless networks.

Technicians are investigating the issue.
