UBCIT will be performing maintenance on the eSAM component and vault servers on November 27, 2025, 20:00-23:00 PT. This change will affect both UBC campuses.
Users will intermittently not be able to login to any servers managed by eSAM, nor retrieve any credentials via the eSAM Web UI throughout the maintenance window.
Any connections terminated while a component is being rebooted can be reconnected to the secondary node. All connections will be terminated and users won't be able to reconnect while we patch the vault servers (which typically lasts around 30 minutes) during this window.
