There are no expected outages to running virtual machines and no impacts to the EduCloud Server Administration Portal.

The IEC AWS-UBC VPN will be switched to Aviatrix GRE ConnectIons during the maintenance window on November 22, 2024, 18:00-19:00 PT.

The EduCloud Server environment (https://bcnet.educloud.ubc.ca) for Organizations hosted in Kamloops will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on November 23, 2024, 09:00-15:00 PT.

The EduCloud Server Administration Portal will continue to be available for virtual server management, however, clients utilizing NSX Edge Gateways and Load Balancer VIPs will not be able to manage NSX edge gateways, networks and load balancer settings during the maintenance window.
