Enterprise Automation and Solution Delivery services maintenance for Secure File Transfer Protocol Service 15 Dec 2025, 10:00 - 16 Dec 2025, 16:00 PT Dec 15, 2025 10:00 - Dec 16, 2025 16:00 PST

The Enterprise Automation and Solution Delivery (EASD) Secure File Transfer Protocol Service (SFTP) will undergo maintenance from 15 Dec 2025 , 10:00 - 16 Dec 2025 , 16:00 PT.

There is not expected to be any outages.

All impacted services will recover automatically.

TouchNet PROD site Scheduled Maintenance Dec 19, 2025 00:00 - 04:00 PT Dec 19, 2025 00:00-04:00 PST

The TouchNet PROD site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. During the update window the TouchNet PROD site will be offline for logging in by staff as a TouchNet user and for customers making new payments. During this time when the payor clicks "pay now" TouchNet will display a screen informing the payor that the system is off line for maintenance and to try again after the system is back online.

Scheduled - UBCIT will be performing maintenance on the eSAM component and vault servers on December 11, 2025, 20:00-23:00 PT. This change will affect both UBC campuses.

Users will intermittently not be able to login to any servers managed by eSAM, nor retrieve any credentials via the eSAM Web UI throughout the maintanance window.

Any connections terminated while a component is being rebooted can be reconnected to the secondary node. All connections will be terminated and users won't be able to reconnect while we patch the vault servers (which typically lasts around 30 minutes) during this window.

These technical issues may prevent students from completing and submitting their application. We are working with EPBC to resolve these issues, but in the meantime we want to reassure you that these disruptions will not negatively affect your application to UBC nor will it impact your consideration for a scholarship.

We recommend that you work through your application carefully and save your progress frequently - to ensure your work isn't lost during one of these disruptions.
